Adjuster House

Real House, Real Damage

One of the problems with a lot of adjuster training is that it’s done using “mock-ups” or the training is done virtually. While these methods have their place, the best way to learn is by being in a real house with real damage.

In addition you need an instructor who has the expertise and has the heart of a teacher.

Tree damage? What line items should I be using?

Is this a flood cut?

Update:

At Adjuster House I will teach you how to scope a loss, damage and material identification, home construction, and which line items to use so you can write accurate estimates. These skills are lacking in our industry but they don’t have to be lacking with you!

Help!! The contractor demo’d the bathroom before I could inspect now what do I do?

All the siding is gone! Where do I even start?

I don’t want to tell you what to do

I want to show you what to do!

I’m currently finishing work on the roof and exterior. Then I will complete the staging of the interior so when you come through the class you will get the full experience. You will be trained on how to inspect, scope and estimate damage to the elevations, the roof and interior. The class will be three days. Adjuster House is located in Hominy, Oklahoma. Hominy is small town but there is lodging available at the Osage Casino in Skiatook, Oklahoma which is 20 minutes from Adjuster House. If you want to stay a little further away, Owasso, Oklahoma has plenty of hotels, restaurants and shopping. There are two lakes very close that offer camping and cabins.

Adjuster House WILL be ready by February 2025.
